Margin 1. According to the Competitive Invitation Letter, the deposit shall be paid by telegraphic transfer (telegraphic transfer shall be based on arrival time). The payment by telegraphic transfer shall be explained to the purchasing company by telephone and faxed with relevant certification materials before the deadline of deposit payment. The consequences of failure to follow the above procedures shall be borne by the Supplier.

2. The vacuum casting certificate of the unsuccessful supplier shall be returned without interest within 5 working days from the date of the transaction notice.

3. The guarantee fund of the clinched supplier will be returned without interest within 5 working days after signing the purchase contract.

4. Reply documents will not be accepted if the deposit is not paid as required.

5. In the event of any of the circumstances listed in Part II, "IX. Invalid quotation ", and the supplier's deposit will be forfeited.

Invalid Quotation If a supplier has one of the following conditions, its quotation shall be deemed invalid. Shandong Hesheng Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. will exercise its rights in strict accordance with the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws, regulations and rules. If the supplier causes losses to the purchasing agency and the purchaser, the purchasing agency and the purchaser shall have the right to claim for compensation, and the supplier of the low-pressure casting machine shall compensate.
